  • The warranty does not cover wear-and-tear parts, consumables, or issues caused by improper use or unauthorized modifications.

2. Service and Maintenance

  • Complimentary Initial Maintenance: An initial maintenance check-up is provided within the first 3 months post-installation.

  • Preventive Maintenance Packages: We offer optional maintenance packages that provide regular inspections, software updates, and performance evaluations beyond the warranty period.

  • Customers are advised to follow the recommended maintenance schedule in the user manual to ensure machine longevity and optimal performance.

3. Spare Parts Availability

  • We guarantee the availability of spare parts for up to 10 years after the purchase date.

  • Original spare parts can be purchased through our authorized service centers to maintain the machine’s performance and warranty.

  • Customers are encouraged to maintain an essential stock of high-wear parts to minimize downtime.

4. Technical Support

  • 24/7 Technical Support: Our technical support team is available by phone, email, or online chat for troubleshooting and support.

  • On-Site Service: On-site service visits by qualified technicians are available as needed. Travel costs may apply outside of the warranty.

  • Remote support and diagnostic services are offered for issues that can be resolved without an on-site visit.

5. Training and Operation Guidance

  • We provide initial operator training to ensure safe and efficient use of the friction welding machine.

  • Additional training sessions are available upon request, either on-site or remotely, with options for advanced modules at an extra cost.

  • Training materials, including user manuals and maintenance guides, are provided to all customers.

6. Exclusions and Limitations

  • This after-sales service agreement does not cover damage or issues resulting from:

    • Improper use or installation not performed by authorized personnel.

    • Use of non-genuine spare parts or unauthorized modifications.

    • Natural disasters or other unforeseen events outside our control.

  • Service requests arising from these conditions may incur additional charges.

7. Service Request Procedure

  • All service requests must be submitted via our official service request form, available on our website or through customer service.

  • For warranty claims, customers must provide the machine’s serial number, proof of purchase, and a detailed description of the issue.

  • Our team will respond to all service requests within 48 hours and provide an estimated resolution time.

8. Extended Warranty Options

  • Extended warranty plans are available and must be purchased before the initial warranty expires.

  • These plans cover additional repair and replacement services, subject to the same conditions as the initial warranty.
