Production and Quality Inspection The friction welding machine is manufactured according to the specified requirements. After production, it undergoes thorough quality inspections and performance testing to ensure it meets international standards. Packaging and Labeling The machine is securely packaged for long-distance transport, with appropriate labeling for handling instructions, contents, and any specific warnings. Protective materials are used to prevent damage during transit. Export Documentation Preparation Required documents are prepared, including the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, export license, and any necessary customs paperwork. These documents are reviewed and confirmed to ensure smooth customs clearance. Customs Clearance and Freight Forwarding The machine is transported to the designated port or airport for export. Our appointed customs broker handles the export clearance process, coordinating with local customs authorities to ensure compliance with regulations. Shipping and Delivery The machine is shipped using the selected mode of transport (sea, air, or land) according to Incoterms agreed with the buyer. Tracking information is provided, and the buyer is notified of the estimated arrival date. Arrival and Local Customs Clearance Upon arrival in the destination country, the buyer or their appointed agent handles local customs clearance. Any import duties or taxes are the buyer’s responsibility as per the agreed Incoterms.
